"After comparing insurance agencies, Alex Post State Farm provided reasonable rates and great customer service. First, I insured my vehicle to see if I was going to like the service and rates after a year. That was a couple of years ago. Now, all our insurance needs for our vehicles, residences, and my scooter are covered by Alex Post State Farm Insurance. I have only had to use them once, when we had a tornado nearby that removed some roof shingles and caused other damage. Alex Post stepped up and after evaluating the overall damage, I received financial assistance to complete repairs. Every time I have questions or concerns, I have always gotten quick responses and excellent, friendly, and personable customer service. If you are searching for reasonably priced good insurance coverage for your vehicle, home, motorcycle, scooter, or any other such items, I highly recommend Alex Post State Farm Insurance Agency."

"Alex and his team are phenomenal to deal with. When there was a mix-up with my credit union, they were always very calm, cool, and helpful in making sure my coverage remained in place until the credit union error was resolved. My wife and I have full coverage insurance on both our vehicles even though one is paid off because their rates are so low. We also have our homeowners insurance through them, which allows us to save even more money.
