Thank you for posting your concerns. I genuinely value any feedback our agency can use to improve the experience we provide to our customers.

I reviewed the notes and text correspondence we have had with you and your wife as you attempted to resolve these issues.

Regarding your first concern: it appears you were not aware you purchased life insurance. However, you completed our underwriting questions and electronically signed the application through DocuSign.

Second: you and your wife also signed an authorization to draft from your account. She ultimately acknowledged this by text message. We sent her the electronically signed authorization document back on 5/6/26 (dated and signed 2/4/26). In that communication, she stated she realized you had authorized the draft, but wanted assurance that no future money would be withdrawn. She received that reassurance (and it was documented), and we complied—nothing further was drafted.

As for the policy you requested to cancel: that policy was canceled.

We have these details fully documented within our agency records, and we would welcome any investigation your credit union would like to conduct regarding the billing issues you referenced."

Our records show that the last items handled for your account were completed by Brittany. After that, you worked with Tiffany on the quotes you requested. Tiffany reached out asking for front and back photos so she could review the properties and proceed appropriately. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive your response until Monday, which contributed to the delay. In addition, when you did respond, you did not answer the questions Tiffany had asked you.
After reviewing the properties, we were not able to place the coverage due to State Farm guidelines. We want to be careful to avoid submitting a policy situation that could result in eligibility issues and potential cancellation.
That said, we understand this was disappointing, and we’re sorry for the disconnect. I’m also a bit confused by your comment stating that you haven’t heard from us in months, since your file shows multiple pieces of correspondence/documentation that were recently posted.
