"I have been with Alex's Agency for about 24 years now. They always answer my questions promptly, and provide great customer service. It is nice dealing with a person, and not with a call center who does not know who we are. Even when our car was in the shop for a an accident repair they called and followed up to see how we are doing. You won't get this from another company.
