We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Take payments, respond to voicemails, text messages and emails.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Set appointments for our sales team based on pivoting conversations with customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations to set appointments for team.
- Licensing is not required.
Note This position is open to either Full-Time or Part-Time availability and does offer work from home flexibility.
Flexible work from home options available.
Compensation $15.00 per hour
